1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales on www.tellerafricatickets.com are final unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to verify the event date, time, and venue before completing your purchase.

2. Verification & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive a Unique Reference Number or QR code via email. This serves as your entry permit. You must present this (either printed or on a mobile device) at the event gate to gain access. We are not responsible for tickets lost due to incorrect email entry during checkout.

3. Payment Processing

All transactions are securely handled by Paystack. By using our platform, you agree to Paystack’s terms of use. Teller Africa Tickets is not liable for any technical issues arising from the payment gateway or bank-side delays.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

In line with our commitment to customer protection, if an event organizer fails to host the event or the service delivered is significantly different from what was promised, you may request a refund within 24 hours after the event date.

Refunds are not granted for personal reasons (e.g., if you change your mind or cannot attend). Processing fees may be non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using this platform for any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized ticket resale or attempting to bypass security measures on the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Teller Africa Tickets acts as an intermediary between event organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes in lineup, or safety issues at the venue.
