Log on to www.tellerafricatickets.com

Scroll to the event you want to buy a ticket for and click on it.

Select the ticket type from the displayed list, choose the quantity, and click on “Buy Ticket”.

Your ticket(s) will be added to cart. Click on “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” or “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

Fill in the billing form with correct details to avoid transaction errors.

Click on “PLACE ORDER”.

Click on “PAY”.

You will be redirected to Paystack.

Enter your card details and card PIN to complete payment.

You will receive a confirmation email with a Unique Reference Number.

Important: Keep your reference number safe and come with it to the event venue. Present it at the gate for access.

Refund Policy

To protect the interest of our customers, if you buy an event ticket from our platform and the organizers fail to deliver what was promised, you have the right to request a refund within 24 hours after the event. Terms and Conditions apply.
