Teller Africa Tickets Partner Terms:
1. General Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are generally non-refundable to buyers for changes of mind or personal conflicts. However, you agree to honor all legitimate tickets generated through this platform at the venue.
2. Post-Event Protection (24-Hour Rule): To protect buyers, ticket revenue is subject to a 24-hour post-event review window. If your event is cancelled, postponed without mutual agreement, or substantially fails to deliver as advertised (e.g., missing headliners, wrong venue), ticket holders reserve the right to claim refunds within 24 hours of scheduled conclusion.
3. Cancelled Events & Payouts: In the event of outright cancellation, refunds will be processed to attendees minus third-party payment gateway fees (e.g., Paystack). Payouts to organizers are released following the completion of the event and the satisfaction of dispute periods.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks: Direct coordination with Teller Africa Tickets is required for any ticketing complaints. Chargeback actions initiated without direct mediation may lead to suspension.
